摘要 MTAD是一种新的根管冲洗剂,是由多西环素、枸橼酸和清洁剂等构成的混合物,次氯酸钠和MTAD二者联合应用对去除根管壁玷污层具有重要的作用。本文就次氯酸钠联合MTAD行根管冲洗去除玷污层的研究进展作一综述。 MTAD is a new kind of root canal irrigation, which is the mixture of tetracycline isomer, an acid and detergent. NaC10 and MTAD have an important effect on removing smear layer. This paper reviewed the process on the aspects of NaC10 and MTAD used as root canal irrigation which could remove smear layer.
