摘要
骨硬化蛋白是一种对成骨细胞具有抑制作用的蛋白,由骨细胞特异分泌后转运至成骨细胞,通过影响Wnt信号通路对成骨作用产生抑制。外部条件如激素水平、机械刺激以及低氧环境等都能影响骨硬化蛋白的表达。骨硬化蛋白抗体能够促进成骨细胞活性从而提高骨量,但其临床疗效和安全性还需进一步的研究确定。
Sclerostin is a negative regulator of osteoblasts. It is expressed exclusively by osteocytes which is transported to osteoblasts at the bone surface to inhibit bone formation. The mechanism of the sclerostin on bone is related to Wnt signaling pathway. The expression of sclerostin is also affected by the hormone, mechanical strain and hypoxia. The antibody to sclerostin has the ability to stimulate osteoblast activity and increase the bone mass, but the curative effect and safety need to estimate.
