纳米等离子体国际发展态势分析

International Research Trend Analysis of Nano Plasmonics

摘要 纳米等离子体技术在太阳能光伏、量子信息以及生物传感器等领域将带来全新的技术变革,具有重要的战略性研发地位。该文从SCI学术论文以及技术专利分析的角度,剖析纳米等离子体研究领域的国际发展态势,揭示该领域的研究前沿及其演变,分析各国研究机构/企业在该领域的专利保护策略及其重点技术布局。结合欧盟等国在纳米等离子体研究领域的技术发展路线图,提出了发展我国纳米科技的若干战略规划建议与对策。 As the rapidly emerging field of research fi-ontier, plasmonics holds the potentials to bring the revolutions in a wide range of applications, from photonics, spanning to major areas of information technologies, biotechnologies as well as energy innovations. The bibliometrical methods combined with tools of patent analyzing, such as TDA, CiteSpace, and Aureka are applied to explore the current research state and the trends in nano plasmonics. Consequently, by comparison with European roadmap, suggestions on China's research strategies ofnano plasmonics have been put forward.
