眼挫伤与血清铁、锰、硒

Relationship between serum Fe、Mn and Se,and contusion of eyebal l.

目的 探讨眼挫伤与血清铁、锰、硒的关系。方法 对 65例眼挫伤病例采肘静脉血 ,用JY 70 (Ⅱ)合并型等离子体发射光谱仪测定。并与 2 0 0例正常人对照 ,进行统计学处理。结果 铁含量增加 ,P <0 0 5。锰、硒含量降低 ,P <0 0 1。结论 据含量变化 ,在治疗上给予补充或限制 ,有利于提高视力。此法简单 ,安全经济 ,有利于推广。

Objective To explore the relationship between serum iron (Fe),maganese (Mn),and selenium(Se),and contusion of eye ball.Methods Draw blood of median cubital vein from 65 patients with contusion of eye ball,and test the blood by emission spectrum of compound type of equi ion JY 70(Ⅱ).Control them with normal groups (200) and work out statistically.Results Fe content is raising P <0.05,while Mn and Se are decreasing P <0.01.Conclusion Based on the changes,Mn ane Se should be supplied or limitted during the course of treatment ,which is favourable to enhancing the sight.The method is simple,safe and economic ,which has the significance of spreading.
