伴僵直小瞳孔的外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术

Cataract extraction with IOL implantation of traumatic cataract with stiff and small pupil.

目的 探讨伴僵直小瞳孔的外伤性白内障摘出和人工晶状体植入术的方法、技巧及并发症处理。方法 对 13例13眼上述的白内障采用虹膜切开法完成白内障摘出和人工晶状体植入术。结果 术后矫正视力 0 1者 1眼 ,0 2～ 0 4者 5眼 ,0 5～ 0 6者 4眼 ,0 8～ 1 0者 3眼。术后无严重并发症。结论 采用虹膜切开法完成伴僵直小瞳孔的外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术是安全可靠的。

Objective To investigate sugical methods,techniques and treatment of postoperative complications for cataract extraction with IOL implantation of traumatic cataract with stiff and small pupil.Methods 13 cases (13 eyes) of the above stated cataract were performed cataract extraction and the IOL implantation with iridotomy.Results After operation,the corrected vision:0.1 in 1 eye,0.2～0.4 in 5 eyes,0.5～0.6 in 4 eyes and 0.8～1.0 in 3 eyes.There are no serious complications in postoperation.Conclusion It is safe and reliable that traumatic cataract with stiff and small pupil are performed cataract extraction and the IOL implantation with iridotomy.
