B型超声波检查在眼外伤诊断中的应用

The application of B-scan ultrasongraghy in the diagnosis of ocular injuries.

目的 评价B超检查在眼外伤诊断中的价值。方法 对 3 5 0例眼外伤B超检查的结果进行分析。结果 3 5 0眼中阳性表现错综复杂 ,其中玻璃体病变 3 2 6眼、外伤性视网膜脱离60眼、眼内异物 3 5眼等。结论 B超扫描对眼外伤的检查具有重要意义 ,尤其在屈光间质浑浊或疑有眼内异物时更是简便有效而必不可少的 ,明显优于光学检查及传统的X线定位法。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of B-scan in ocular injuries.Methods Analysed 350 cases of ocular injury which had been positively diagnosed with B-scan.Results 350 cases of display are complex,326 cases of vitreous abnormality,60 cases of retinal detachment caused by trauma,35 cases of intraocular foreign body,etc.Conclusion B-scan is a powerful tool for ocular injury diagnosis,especially in the cases of refractive media opacity,intraocular foreign body,etc.It is more effective than optical examination and traditional X-ray location method.
