摘要 目的比较UF-1000尿沉渣分析仪与相差显微镜在鉴别血尿来源中的价值.方法查阅肾内科自2009年6月至2011年1月的病例,选择确诊泌尿系统感染63例,分析UF-1000尿沉渣分析仪与相差显微镜对尿红细胞形态检测的差异,结果 UF-1000尿沉渣分析仪对血尿鉴别的敏感性为94.1%,特异性为82.6%.相差显微镜的敏感性为88.2%.特异性为87.0%.结论在血尿来源的鉴别上相差显微镜与尿沉渣分析仪应互相结合补充. Objective To compare the UF-1000 urinary sediment analyzer and phase-contrast microscopy in identification of the source of hematuria. Methods We checked the data of cases in the department of Renal Medicine from June 2009 to January 2011, and selected 67 confirmed cases of urinary tract infections. Then we analyzed the difference in morphology of urinary red blood cells between UF-1000 analyzer and phase-contrast microscopy in urinary sediment analysis. Results The sensitivity and specificity of UF-1000 Urine Analyzer was 94.1% and 82.6% , and the sensitivity and specificity of phase-contrast microscopy was 88.2% and 87.0% , respectively. Gonclusiofl UF-1000 urinary sediment analyzer and phase-contrast microscopy should be combined in the identification of the source of hematuria.
