一期后囊截开在儿童外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入中的作用

To evaluate the effect of primary posterior capsulotomy in operation of traumatic cataract intraocular lens implantation in children.

目的 评价一期后囊截开时对儿童外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术后后囊浑浊的预防作用。方法 对 3 3眼在植入人工晶状体后进行一期后囊截开 ,术后随访 5月～ 4年。结果 2 4眼 ( 72 72 % )术后保持中央视轴区基本透明。 2 3眼 ( 69 7% )术后视力达 0 3以上 ,16眼 ( 4 8 48% )达 0 5以上。术后未发现严重并发症。结论 一期后囊截开虽不能完全阻止后发障形成 ,但在一定程度上可减少后囊浑浊的发生。

Objective To evaluate the primary posterior capsulotomy in preventing posterior capsular opacififcation after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation of traumatic cataract in children.Methods The primary posterior capsulotomy was performed on 32 cases (33 eyes) of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and followed up over 5 months to 4 years.Results 24 eyes(72.72%) could keep the central visual axis transparent.The postoperative visual acuity was 0.5 or better in 16 eyes (48.48%),0.3 or better in 23 eyes (69.7%).None of the case was discovered to develop serious complication. Conclusion Primary posterior capsulotomy can not prevent the development of posterior capsular opacification completely,but it can reduce posterior capsular opacification effectively.
