摘要 分析了航天大功率无刷直流电动舵机的工作特点,设计了一种基于DSP+CPLD+IPM的电动舵机控制器。主要完成环路计算,信号的采样、滤波和综合以及故障保护,还提出了高可靠性的上下电管理方法,给出了相关硬件设计和程序设计框图,试验结果证明该舵机控制器具有精度高、响应速度快、可靠性高的优点。 The operating features of astronautics high-power BLDCM steering engine were analyzed. A steering engine Controller based on DSP & CPLD & IPM was designed. The function of ring computation was completed. The signal sampiing, the filter and the synthesis as well as the protection of bug were realized. The electricity management which was highly reliable was proposed. The related hardware design and the programming diagram were given. The test results prove that this steering engine controller has strengths of high precision, quick responsible speed and high reliability.
