摘要
针对空间应用的两相混合式步进电动机,设计了基于FPGA的电流细分电路,电路的设计采用了矢量恒幅均匀旋转细分法以及恒流斩波驱动技术,形成多个稳定的中间电流状态,以实现将一个步距角细分成若干步的功能。实验结果表明,该细分电路可以有效地提高步进电动机转动平稳性,尤其可以很好地改善步进电动机的低频振荡现象。
For the application of two-phase hybrid stepping motor in space, a subdivision circuit based on FPGA was designed. Uniform constant amplitude rotating current vector subdivision and current-constant wave-chopper driving technology was adopted in the design. The subdivision circuit could decrease the stepping angle by forming several mid-current states. The experiential results show that the circuit can improve the stabilization of hybrid stepping motor efficiently,especially in eliminating the vibration caused in low frequency.
