摘要
目的 评价白内障超声乳化手术的疗效。方法 通过对 2 92例 ( 3 15眼 )白内障超声乳化手术并发症进行分析。结果 术后第 1天视力≥ 0 8者占 3 2 3 8% ,第 3天时为 5 1 41% ,后囊破裂占 8 2 2 % ,角膜浑浊占 5 14 %。角膜内皮功能失代偿占0 68%。结论 手术的主要并发症为后囊破裂 ,较严重的并发症为角膜浑浊 ,损害最大者为眼内炎。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of phacoemulsification.Methods The complications of 292 cases (315 eyes) of phacoemulsification were analyze.Results On the first postoperative day,32.38% of the eyes got the visual acuitis of better 0.8 and 51.41% on the third day.posterior capsular rupture occurd on 8.22% of the cases,corneal opacity on 5.14%,endothelial corneal dystrophy on 0.68%.Conclusion Posterior capsular rupture is the common complication,the serious complications is corneal opacity,the demage is endophthalmitis.
