劈核技术在白内障超声乳化手术中的应用

The application of chopping method for phacoemulsification.

目的 探讨劈核技术在白内障超声乳化手术中的应用。方法 用改良的劈裂乳化技术 ,施行 2 0 6例白内障超声乳化摘出术。结果 术后 3月矫正视力 >0 5者占 96 6% ,角膜中度水肿 5例 ,轻度水肿 15例 ,后囊破裂 2例。结论 采用改良的劈裂乳化技术 ,使分割坚韧的晶状体核变得容易 ,减少了能量的应用 ,缩短了超声时间 ,提高了超声乳化摘出术的成功率。

Objective The study was designed to investigate the application of chopping method for phacoemulsification.Methods The 206 cases of phacoemulsification were performed using the modified phaco chop technique. Results Postoperatively,the visual acuity with corrcetion was >0.5 in 96.6% at 3 months.There were moderate corneal edema in 5 cases,mild corneal edema in 15 cases and postreior capsular rupture in 2 cases.Conclusions The modified phaco chop technique enables the tenacious nuclear to rupture easily,reduces use of energy,shorten phaco time and promote the successful rates of the phacoemulsification.
