摘要
为了进一步提高苏丹油田水平井采收率,高效合理开发油藏,采用提出球座式尾管悬挂器和管外封隔器组合结构的筛管完井方案来解决现场开发问题。该悬挂器主要由悬挂器本体总成、送入工具总成、密封总成及回接筒等组成。坐挂后将球座随钻具一起提出地面,现场不需要再下钻钻除球座或盲板,简化了现场施工工艺,提高了作业效率。该产品已在苏丹六区最大曲率水平井中成功使用,为油田的进一步勘探开发提供了可靠的技术支持,也为以后苏丹油田六区水平井的勘探开发提供了一定的参考。
In light of the development condition in horizontal wellsin Sudan Oilfield, the screen pipe completion scheme adoptingthe combined structure of the liner hanger with the retrievableball seat and the extra-tubular packer was adopted on the spotto deal with the development problem so as to make a furtherimprovement of oilfield recovery ratio and to develop oilreservoirs properly and efficiently. The hanger mainly consistsof the hanger body assembly, running tool assembly, sealingassembly and inoculation cylinder. The ball seat together withthe drilling tool is retrieved to the ground after setting. There isno need to run in hole to remove the seat and blind flange. Thus,the field construction technology is simplified and theoperating efficiency is improved. The product was successfullyapplied in the horizontal well with the maximum curvature inthe sixth region of Sudan Oilfield. It provides the reliabletechnological support for the further exploration anddevelopment of the oilfield as well as the reference for the laterexploration and development in the sixth region of Sudanoilfield.
