我国自实行对外开放政策以来,与世界各国的科技交流活动(包括官方、民间,双边、多边等)大大增加。目前与我国进行科技交流的国家和地区有108个,与我国签订政府间科技合作协定或经济、贸易以及科技合作协定的国家有57个。1978年在我国工作的外国经济专家只有625人,到1988年。

This article gives a comprehensive description to China's non-governmental exchange activities in packaging science and technology with other countries.Packaging industry of China takes the following three forms to introduce foreign intelligence:general guidance to factories of the same kind concerning packaging in a certain area, special-purposed guidance to a certain factory,and consultation supplied to a special project.Some information about packaging experts is chosen from the state foreign personnel bank to present here, including their age,professional character,background,language among other things.This article also reports some free aids to our packaging industry from a few non-governmental organizations of the world.
