摘要
作为一种新兴的大众舆论阵地,网络拉近了政府与公众之间的距离,开辟了一个政府与公众沟通的新渠道。微博的出现,更是使舆论平民化、大众化。在这样的大背景下,从中央到地方,越来越多的党政部门,开始借"网"问政。随之而来的党政机关和官员进驻微博,更是打造出了"微博问政"这种政社互动的新模式。"微博问政"在初创阶段就显示出巨大的优势,它能拉近政社距离,实现政社互动,加速信息发布,缓解舆论压力,提高党政机关及其工作人员的责任心。在公共管理中,"微博问政"具有广阔的发展空间,政府若要利用好这一平台,还需做好角色定位,提升沟通技巧并对其加强科学管理和引导。
As a means of public opinion,the Internet brings government and the public closer and opens a new window of communication between them.Microblog provides an easy and populr access to public opinions.Against this background,more and more central and local party and government organs begin to seek advice from the Internet.Thereupon,the party and government institutions and officials open microblogs to seek advice from netizens on microblog,creating the new mode of interaction between government and citizens.At the primary stage,this new mode shows its significant advantages.It can bring government and the public closer,accelerate the release of information,ease the pressure of public opinion and enhance the sense of responsibility of government and officials.This new mode of interction has a great potential in public administration.Government needs to well orientate its role,improve communication skills and strengthen the scientific management and guidance of this new mode,if it wants to make good use of this mode.
