大学生网络成瘾的预防策略研究——基于西北师范大学的调查

Research on Strategies to Prevent Internet Addiction among College Students——a survey conducted in Northwest Normal University

进入21世纪以来,网络已经完全占领了现代人类社会生活的各个领域。网络犹如一把"双刃剑",它给人们日常学习、工作和生活提供便利的同时也带来了严峻的挑战。大学生在享受网络便利的同时,也深受网络成瘾的困扰,严重影响了大学生的学习与生活。以西北师范大学的200名大学生作为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法,试图解析大学生网络成瘾的现状、成因并推出相应的预防策略。

Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, network has been prevailing in all areas of life in our modern society. The network is like a ＂double-edged sword＂, bringing conveniences to people in their daily life, study and work. Meanwhile, it also confronts people with great challenges. While enjoying the conveniences of the network, many students are subjected to internet addiction problems, which has seriously affected the students study and life. The present study takes 200 students in Northwest Normal University as research subjects, and conducted a questionnaire survey among them. It tends to reveal the current situation and causes of internet addition among university students, and to suggest some preventive strategies.
