手术切口局部浸润曲马多对腹腔镜术后疼痛影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有创伤小,恢复快等特点已在临床广泛应用。然而,术后的24小时内仍然会存在疼痛。曲马多是一种中枢作用的药物,能有效地治疗中度至重度的疼痛。除了其中枢作用外,曲马多对周围神经的局部麻醉作用已在临床和实验室研究中得到证明。本研究拟探讨手术切口局部浸润曲马多对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后疼痛和恶心、呕吐(PONV)的影响。
