摘要
热电企业通过将原湿式除灰改为干式除灰、灰渣混流改为分排处理,从源头上控制水资源的大量消耗;并通过冷却水系统的封闭式循环改造,使处理废水得到合理的回用,从而实现废水减量化、资源化,减轻对环境的污染。应用电厂节水及减排技术,达到了节能降耗、清洁生产、总量减排的预期目标。
Through the modification of the ash removal system in a thermal power enterprise: chosing dry ash removal technology instead of wet ash removal technology and replacing ash-slag combined discharge system with separate discharge system, the massive consumption of water resource was controlled; as the traditional cooling water system was reconstructed into a closed loop circulation system, the effluent water could be reused properly, which realized the reduction and resource utilization of wastewater, reduced the environmental pollution. It could be seen that, the application of water-saving and drainage-reducing measures in the thermal power enterprise could achieve the expected goals of energy saving, consumption reduction, cleaner production and total emission reduction.
