摘要
根据江苏省吴江市某印染有限公司印染废水的特点,采用"气浮+CASS+澄清+砂滤"的工艺对其进行处理。运行结果表明,CASS池出水可稳定达标,CODCr去除率可达85%以上,经澄清、砂滤物化深度处理后的水可回用于生产。工程投资和运行费用较低,运行效果稳定,为中低浓度印染废水的工程应用提供了一种高效经济的处理工艺。
According to the characteristics of the printing and dyeing wastewater from a fabric company in Wujiang city, Jiangsu province, the process of "flotation + CASS + clarification + sand filter" is introduced. The results show that, the effluent of CASS can meet the discharge standard and the removal efficiency of COD is up to 85% and more, the effluent by the further treatment of clarification and sand filter can be reused in the production. The process has the characteristics of low project investment, operation cost and stable operation effect and provides a promising process for the treatment of the mid -low printing and dyeing wastewater.
