摘要
以某300MW机组为研究对象,采用将H8低压加热器与轴封加热器和凝汽器热井作为一个整体列热平衡方程、将H8低压加热器单独当作一个整体列热平衡方程两种计算方法,分别在轴封及轴封加热器状态正常和失常两种情况下,对其计算结果之间的差异进行了分析比较。同时,考虑到疏水在凝汽器热井内的闪蒸,给出了考虑加热器疏水在凝汽器热井内闪蒸的计算方法。结论对于进一步提高汽轮机热力系统热力计算精度和研究汽轮机热经济性的变化机理具有重要意义。
300MW unit is taken for example in this paper, two calculation methods are used in heat-balance calculation. One is that H8 low-pressure heater, gland heater and condenser hot well are regarded as a whole to list equation of heat balance, and the other is that only H8 low-pressure heater is regarded as a whole to list equation of heat balance. Then, the paper analyses and compares difference between two calculated results under the normal and abnormal conditions of shaft seal and gland heater' s state. Meanwhile, in view of drain flash distillation in condenser hot well, the calculation method with respect to heater' s drain flash distillation is given. The conclusions are significant to further improve the accuracy of steam turbine heat system calculation and study the change mechanism of steam turbine thermal economy.
