摘要 加热器端差对机组能效有较大影响,分析其影响的具体规律,对于指导机组优化运行和合理维修从而达到节能降耗的目的具有重要的指导意义。在上端差变化对机组能效影响计算公式的基础上,以某600MW凝汽式机组典型工况为例。求出了上端差对能效影响的强度系数及对能效影响的具体数值,绘制了上端差强度系数图谱与能效图谱。据此分析了上端差变化对能效影响的具体规律,得到了运行中的监视重点和节能降耗的重点所在,为指导机组的运行和检修工作提供了理论依据。 There is a tremendous influence of heater upper terminal temperature difference on unit' s energy efficiency, analyzing specific rules of the influence has important guidance significance to unit' s optimization operation and reasonable repair for realizing energy saving and consumption reducing. This paper is at the base of the calculation formula which describes the influence of upper terminal temperature difference change to energy efficiency, taking 600MW condensing steam turbine unit' s typical conditions for an example, find out the intensity coefficient and specific value of the influence of upper terminal temperature difference changes on energy efficiency, and then draw the intensity coefficient and energy efficiency mappings about upper terminal temperature difference. According to this, the specific rules of influence of upper terminal temperature difference on energy efficiency are analyzed and the important points of operation supervising and energy saving and consumption reducing are obtained,in which provide theoretical basis for directing unit' s operation and repair.
