介绍了新型干法生产线采用低热值煤和高硫煤煅烧熟料的生产情况以及因煤质对生产的影响与应对措施。西南某厂的生产实践证明,当煤的低位热值为(4500~5000)×4.18kJ/kg,煤的全硫含量达到5%-6%时,生产仍可正常进行,但操作上需要改进。
The production of cement clinker burning low heating value and high sulphur coal was introduced as well as the impact and the measures. The real practice of a Southwest cement plant proved that when heating value of the coal was (4 500-5 000)×4.18 kJ/kg and the sulphur content was 5%-6%, a normal production still could be kept on condition that the operation be improred.
