摘要
中国联合水泥集团某1000t/d特种水泥熟料生产线对高温风机原调速型液力偶合器成功进行了高压变频调速的技术改造。对比分析了调速型液力偶合器和高压变频器二种调速系统的调速原理、主要性能及技术特点;同时对高压变频调速系统的结构及高压主回路方案和常见问题处理作了一一介绍。改后运行效果是:实际节电率约为15%,且高压电机电流、运行时噪音均有大幅降低,另设备投资回收期仅1.5年,技改综合效益明显。
A 1 000 t/d special cement production line of China United Cement Group rebuilt the old hydraulic coupling regulator for high temperature fan to high voltage frequency converter sucessfully. The speed control principle and main performance and technology points of hydraulic coupling regulator and high voltage frequency converter were compared and analysed, and at the same time, the sturcture, main return circuit scheme and common problems of high voltage frequency converter were introduced one by one. By the alteration, the power saving rate was 15%, and the operation current and noise decreased greatly,additionally,the investment payoff period was just 1.5 years,which proved an obvious synthetical alteration effect.
