摘要 结合自己开发的嵌入式PC数控实验装置,对现有加减速控制算法的比较研究,存在算法比较繁琐、编程复杂等不足,提出了嵌入式数控系统中一种新的加减速控制改进算法。该算法有简便、编程容易、实现快速、精确的位置伺服控制、机床运动的动态特性好等优点。通过对插补轨迹仿真和实例分析,证明了插补算法和加减速控制方法的正确、合理、有效。 The development of embedded PC numerical control their experimental setup, the existing acceleration and deceleration control algorithm for the comparison" study, there is relatively more complicated algorithms, programming and complex enough, the embedded NC system proposed a new algorithm for improved acceleration and deceleration control The algorithm is simple, easy programming, fast and accurate position servo control, the dynamic characteristics of machine movement and good.
