摘要
锥面锥角是变速器同步器设计中非常重要的一个参数,减小锥角是提高同步器同步容量的有效手段之一,但是锥角过小又会导致齿环锥面自锁,从而产生粘档现象。因此,在同步器设计中确定锥角的大小时,需要对同步容量和齿环锥面自锁同时考虑。文章对同步器锥角的设计提出了具体的推导计算和分析方法。
