Talking About Infringement of Electronic Software and Design and Implementation of Protection System

电子软件是信息时代的一个新型产物,但是同时电子软件也与传统的研究成果一样是由智慧和心血浇灌而成。但是,在当今社会,电子软件却面临盗版、破解以及抄袭等侵权行为的损害。文章研究了目前电子软件的侵权现状,并针对这一现状立足于PKI技术,试图构建保护电子软件版权的系统,希望文章的研究能够为保护电子软件的知识产权,规范行业环境,提供一定的参考和借鉴。

The software is a new type of information age product, but at the same time, the traditional software and electronic research results is as the wisdom and efforts. However, in today＇s society, the electronic software faces piracy, cracked and copying and tort damage. This paper studies the current situation of electronic software infringement, and in the light of the present situation based on PKI technology, trying to build software copyright protection electronic system. This research is expected to provide certain reference for the protection of computer software to intellectual property, standardizing trade environment.
