Networking technology is a kind of applied technology to solve engineering and management problems with networking methodology. Finding the critical path is the key work of network planning. By case analysis, this paper argues that it is significantly improving the efficiency of work to solve the time coefficient and the critical path using Excel functions and data analyzing tools.
