摘要
方程式赛车转向沉重是一个需要解决的问题.在考虑轮胎非线性侧偏特性的基础上,根据双横臂悬架主销内倾角的计算公式,确定了转向回正时残余横摆角速度与主销定位角度的数学关系.在此基础上对赛车的主销内倾角进行了优化.并利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了赛车的虚拟样机模型,优化后的赛车多体动力学仿真结果表明,在保证赛车转向回正性能的前提下,赛车的转向轻便性得到了提高,为赛车主销定位角度的设计提供了指导.
In order to improve the steering handiness performance of a certain formula racing car,the relation between rudimental yaw velocity and the caster and kingpin inclination was built according to the calculation equation of kingpin inclination angle based on the nonlinear cornering properties of tire.Based on these,the optimization of kingpin inclination was performed.Then the virtual prototyping model of racing car was built by multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS.The multi-body dynamics simulation shows that,under the premise of returnability assurance,the steering handiness is improved,which provides the reference for the racing car design.
