Synthetic Improvement of FOX-7 with Organic Acid

摘要 以盐酸乙脒和丙二酸二乙酯为原料,通过缩合、硝化、水解合成了1,1-二氨基-2,2-二硝基乙烯(FOX-7),经IR,MS,NMR鉴定了产物结构。硝化过程中加入有机溶剂,并优化了工艺条件。浓硫酸与反应物的摩尔比为9∶1,有机溶剂与浓硫酸体积比为1∶1,反应时间为3 h,反应温度为10℃时收率最高,收率为89.6%。 1 ,1-Diamino-2,2-dinitroethylene (FOX-7) was prepared from acetamidine hydrochloride and malonate by condensation, nitration and hydrolysis. The structure of FOX-7 was characterized by IR, MS, NMR. Organic solvents was added in the nitration process,the reaction conditions were optimized as t=3 h,nH2so4 : n4,6_dihydroxy_2_methylpyrimidine =9 : 1, T=10℃, Vorganicsolvents : VH2SO4 = 1:1 ,the yield of FOX-7 is 89.6%.
