摘要
借助REAL软件,采用最小自由能法计算了含不同量六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)、黑索今(RDX)、Al的改性双基推进剂的能量特性。研究了CL-20、RDX、Al含量变化对该推进剂能量特性的影响。结果表明:随着CL-20含量的提高,该推进剂的理论比冲、燃烧温度、氧平衡和燃气平均分子量大幅度增加;在含CL-20改性双基推进剂中加入Al粉可进一步提高推进剂的能量,但Al粉含量应使体系氧平衡系数大于0.53,否则将降低能量。
With the help of REAL software,the energy characteristics of composite modified double-based propellant containing different ratio of CL-20,RDX and AI were calculated using least free energy method. The effect of hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20), RDX and AI content changing on the energetic characteristics of the propellant was studied. The results show that with increasing the CL-20 content,the theoretical specific impulse, combustion temperature, oxygen balance and average molecular weight of combustion gas increase significantly. With adding more aluminum,the energetic parameters of the propellant increase,but AI content should be suitable to ensure the coefficient of oxygen balance higher than 0.53 ,otherwise energy parameters of the propellant will be reduced.
