摘要
本文报告应用B型超声心动图(B超)结合X线监护下,对5只狗及3例病人进行心内膜心肌活检(Endomyocardial Biopsy,简称EMB)的体会。发现该方法较以往常规单用X线监护的EMB能更准确定位,提高了活检成功率,减少手术并发症。
This is a report on the study of endomyocardial biopsies(EMB)done on five dogs and three patients using cross-sectional echocardiography combined with X-ray.This method was found better than the routine method guided by X-ray only.It gives more accurate location,higher success rate and lesser complication in biopsy.
