摘要
2008年东莞市建立了社会基本医疗保险制度,并实行门诊统筹和社区首诊。社区首诊制是巩固东莞市新建的社会基本医疗保险制度和社区医疗服务体系的重要措施。利用SWOT分析方法来考察东莞市社区首诊制政策,进而提出完善社区首诊制的一些思考。
Dongguan City has established the basic social medical insurance system since 2008 and co-ordinate the implementation of outpatient clinics and community first. The community clinic system in Dongguan is an important measure to consolidate the new social basic medical insurance system and the community health service system. This paper will use the SWOT analysis method to examine the diagnosis community first policy of Dongguan and thereby make some thoughts on improving the community.
