摘要
采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法对某省14个城市乡镇卫生院的卫生人力资源进行现状调查,分析乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源在规模、结构和分布等方面存在的问题。探讨如何构建适应乡镇卫生院事业发展需要的卫生人才队伍,满足基层医疗卫生服务需求,为加强乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源建设发展提供政策性建议。
This test has investigated the current situation and problems of health human resources of the township health centers in 14 cities of the province by using the multi-stage cluster random sampling, and has discussed how to construct health personnel corresponding with the development of the township health centers, and to satisfy the people＇s demand of healthy and sanitary service. On the foundation of the analyses findings, this paper has also put forward some policy recommendations for the health human resources of the township health centers.
