大高炉煤粉成分控制与瓦斯灰含碳量的研究 被引量:1

Study on Composition Control of Pulverized Coal and Carbon Content of Dust for Large Capacity Blast Furnace

摘要 对全国部分大高炉的煤粉质量和瓦斯灰的碳含量进行了分析,确定了首钢迁钢大高炉煤粉质量总体处于下等水平,瓦斯灰的碳含量偏高,达到32.6%(质量分数,下同)。迁钢2号高炉煤粉利用率随煤比的提高而降低,煤比在190kg/t以内时,煤粉利用率为98.25%以上。在对迁钢2号高炉煤粉利用率及煤粉燃烧率研究的基础上,提出了对其煤粉质量控制的建议:煤粉中粒径在0.074mm以下的比例在60%左右,煤粉挥发分控制在22%~25%比较合适。 Quality of pulverized coal and carbon content of dust were firstly investigated for some domestic large blast furnaces. For blast furnace in Shougang Qiangang Steel, the quality of pulverized coal for large blast furnace in Qiangang Steel was under the average level and the carbon content of dust was higher comparatively, which counted 32.61%. The coal utilization of Qiangang No. 2 BF decreased with increase of coal ratio. Coal utilization was higher than 98. 25% while coal ratio was below 190kg/t. Around 60% of smaller size under 0. 074mm and volatilization between 22%- 25%; were appropriate for large blast furnace according to the study of coal utilization and coal combustibility of Qiangang No. 2 BF.
