琥珀酸脱氢酶作用的实验是《生物化学》课程的重要实验之一。由于材料来源、成本、操作、结果等在实验教学中存在的问题,影响了该实验的效果和开出率。采用普通鸽子胸脯处肌肉作为实验材料,并对实验条件和程序进行优化,从而使教学取得了较好的效果,实验开出率也得以提高。

The experiment of succinate dehydrogenase is one of the important experiments in biochemistry. There were some problems, such as sources of materials, cost, operations and results, affecting the quality and quantity of the teaching of the experiment. To im- prove the effects on the teaching of the experiment, muscle in chest of dove was used as materials with optimized the conditions and op- erations.
