Influences of pH Value and Phosphating Time on the Morphology and Corrosion Resistance of Phosphate Coating on Magnesium Alloy

摘要 用扫描电子显微镜和电化学阻抗谱研究了磷化液pH和磷化时间对镁合金表面磷化膜形貌和耐蚀性的影响。实验结果表明:当磷化液pH为2.5,磷化时间为20 min时,所得到的磷化膜对镁合金基体的保护作用最强,磷化膜在扫描电镜下观察呈连续的针尖状结构。 Influences of pH value and phosphating time on the morphology and corrosion resistance of phosphate coating on magnesium alloy were studied by scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectrum.Results indicated that when pH value was 2.5 and phosphating time was 20 min,the phosphate coating showed a continuous needle-like microstructure and the best protective function.
