摘要
阐述了热镀锌生产工艺的发展历程和热镀锌合金镀层的性能特点,并对当前国内外热点研究的几种热镀锌合金层做出了介绍,简述了各种锌合金镀层的性能及耐蚀原理,并指出热镀锌合金镀层的研究和开发必将成为今后热镀锌发展的主要方向之一。
In this paper,developments of hot galvanizing process and property characteristics of zinc alloy coating were reviewed;several zinc alloy coatings which had been investigated intensively both at home and abroad currently were briefly introduced;properties and anti-corrosion mechanism of the coating were described.Finally it was pointed that the hot galvanizing process research for zinc alloy coating would become one main developmental direction in the future.
