凉山苦荞茶中总黄酮含量提取条件及方法改进探讨 被引量:1

摘要 凉山苦荞茶已形成10亿元的规模化生产产业,而且生产发展不断的加快。因苦荞中的总黄酮在医学临床上具有抗氧化,抗癌,抗炎,降血压等作用。在检测中,由于苦荞含有一定的油脂,在甲醇提取后,在显色时加入AlCl3,乙酸钾水溶液,随着甲醇浓度降低,油脂类物质在甲醇溶液中溶解度降低,而使溶液混浊,影响吸光度的测定。将NY/T1295—2007中的提取总黄酮的方法改进为:称取样品后,加5ml乙醚,将苦荞制品中的油脂类物质溶解,分离、挥发除去乙醚后,再用甲醇提取黄酮,直接显色,显色液清亮透明,省去离心分离,重复洗涤,减少影响因素,便于后期操作。方法简便,确保总黄酮在甲醇和水(7+3)相中测定,有效排除油脂干扰,检测效果好。 Liangshan bitter buckwheat tea has formed 1000000000 of the scale of industrial production, development and production continued to accelerate. NY / T1295-2007 in the extraction of total flavonoids method improvement for, said to take samples, plus 5ml ether, the buck- wheat products of oil substances dissolved, after the separation of volatile to ether, then the methanol extraction of flavonoids, direct color, a color liquid is clear and transparent, eliminating centrifugal separation, repeated washing, reduce the impact factors, which is convenient for later operations. The method is simple, to ensure that the total flavone in methanol and water ( 7+3 ) phase determination, effectively remove grease disturbance, detection effect is better.
