摘要
本文报道蛇毒溶栓素对猕猴、家犬的Chandler法半体内混合血栓,对家兔的Teruhiko法动脉血栓以及对大鼠的Reyers法静脉血栓均有明显的抑制血栓形成的作用。对家兔的Nowork法肺动脉栓塞有明显的加速栓子的溶栓作用。其作用机理可能与去纤维蛋白原、纤溶、抗血小板聚集和抗凝作用有关。
This paper is a report on thrombolytic effects of ATE on experimental thrombosis of animals both in vitro and in vivo.(1)On mixed thrombosis in vitro by Chandler's method:10 dogs and 10 monkeys were injected i.v.with ATE 8u/kg.The weigth and length of the thrombi after administration ATE were much lower than those of the untreated animals(P<0.001).(2)On arterial thrombosis in rabbits by Teruhiko's method :The weight of the thrombus,developed on a silk thread in the by-path tube after 15 min,was measured to determine the degree and rate of thrombus formation.The wet and dry thrombus of 7 rabbits with ATE 6u/kg were 11.37±4.23mg and 2.64 ±0.72 respectively,while the control were 31.89 ±6.64mg and 6.46±1.42mg(P<0.001).(3)On venous thrombosis in rats by Reyer's method:The incidence of thrombus formation and the mean thrombus weight 2 hrs after ligation of the inferior vena cava were 100% and 13.58mg respectively in control group of 9 rats,while the ATE group of 9 rats were 33.3% and 0.17± 0.3mg(P<0.001).(4)On pulmonary embolism in rabbits by Nowork's method:External emboli through the cervical vein were done on 12 rabbits,6 rabbits were given ATE 4u/kg and 6 control were given normal saline.24 hrs later,the emboli were weighed.In the former the weight of the emboli was lesser than that of the latter(P<0.01).
