土地资源管理专业建设存在的问题与对策

The Problems and Measures on Land Resource Management Major Construction

由于我国土地资源管理的系统研究和专业教育起步较晚,各高等院校土地资源管理专业建设都不同程度地存在一定的问题。以河南理工大学为例,通过对土地资源管理专业建设现状分析,认为在课程体系设置、教学内容以及教学思想和方法等方面还存在不足。为适应社会经济发展对土地资源管理人才的需求,土地资源管理专业建设应立足于本校的优势资源,强化自身特色,完善学科定位,明确培养目标,优化课程结构体系,对部分授课内容进行整合,建立产学研相结合的培养模式,加强师资队伍建设以及完善双语教学等。

Because of land resource management system research and professional education started later in our country,land resource management major constructions in the various institutions of higher education exist certain problems in spite of different level.A case study of Henan Polytechnic University,the paper analyses land resource management major construction present situation,it finds some shortages in the curriculum system,teaching content,teaching idea and method.In order to adapt the social economic development needs on land resource management personnel,land resource management major construction should be based on the advantage resources,strengthen characteristics,and take some measures to strengthen and perfect it,which includes perfect discipline orientation,clear training objectives,optimize curriculum structure system,integrate teaching content,establish the training mode of production,research and learning,strengthen the construction of teachers,and perfect bilingual teaching.
