Graves病与胰岛素抵抗 被引量：7

摘要 Graves病 (简称GD)患者常伴有不同程度的糖代谢紊乱。GD中存在着高血糖、高胰岛素血症即胰岛素抵抗。GD患者中肝内、肝外的胰岛素抵抗可能是其糖代谢紊乱的机制之一 ,其中肝脏葡萄糖转运子GLUT 2表达增高 ,胰升糖素、生长激素水平升高 ,胰岛素受体数目减少是GD产生胰岛素抵抗的主要因素。无活性胰岛素原生成增多 ,胰岛素自身抗体形成和胰岛素降解加速也不同程度地参与了胰岛素抵抗的形成。治疗后 ,当甲状腺功能恢复正常时 ,产生胰岛素抵抗的一些因素可消除 ,糖代谢紊乱可以改善甚至逆转。
