摘要
震后区域路网由于受众多随机事件影响,路段通行能力下降,从而导致行程时间波动性增加.建立了以运量方差积最小为优化目标,从交通流合理分配的角度出发的无差别和考虑运输任务差别的交通流运输网络优化调度模型,用二次加权平均算法求解模型.通过对模拟仿真网络的计算结果表明,该模型能较好解决震后运输网络交通流分配问题.
The travel time fluctuations of practical road network are analyzed,which are caused by random factors.We aim at minimizing the traffic variance product,and establish a transport network traffic flow optimization model which is non-discriminatory and takes the differences in the transport task into account based on reasonable distribution of traffic flow.Finally,this model is calculated with Quadratic Weighted Average algorithm and the effectiveness of this model in traffic assignment after the earthquake is proved.
