摘要 机场资源的有限性是限制枢纽机场发展的最重要因素之一,如何能够提高中转资源的利用率已经成为改善枢纽机场中转运行效率的关键性问题.采用离散事件仿真技术根据中转航班旅客到达人数的变化实时分配中转资源,并使用SIMIO仿真软件实现了上海浦东国际机场的中转运行情况,以基于资源优化的思想,为每个航班动态指派中转资源.优化结果表明,实时分配的机场资源提高了中转资源的利用率. An airport′s resources are limited,which becomes one of the most important factors to limit the development of hub-airports.How to improve the resource utilization has become the key issue to improve the transfer efficiency of a hub airport.This paper used the method of discrete-event simulation to dynamic allocate the transfer resources according to the real-time change of the quantity of passengers arrival on the transfer flights,and simulated the transfer operation of Shanghai Pudong International Airport by using the simulation software SIMIO.This simulation dynamically assigned the transfer resources to each flight based on resources optimization.The optimization results show that the dynamic allocation of airport resources can improve the utilization of transfer resources,thus of the important reference for daily management of hub-airport.
