Study on Utilization of Maternal Health Care Services in Putuo District of Shanghai

目的了解普陀区本市产妇和外来产妇孕产期卫生服务利用情况,分析孕产期卫生服务利用的影响因素。方法通过对产妇的问卷调查,了解产妇及家庭一般情况、孕产期卫生服务利用情况。数据由Epidata2.1软件建立数据库,使用SPSS11.0软件对录入资料进行统计分析。结果 1、本市、外来产妇在孕产期卫生服务利用方面差异有统计学意义。2、本市、外来产妇在产时、产后卫生服务利用方面差异有统计学意义。3、产妇年龄、丈夫户籍、丈夫文化程度、家庭经济状况是孕产期卫生服务利用的影响因素。结论 1、本市产妇孕产期卫生服务利用情况优于全国其他地区,且近几年有所提高。2、外来产妇孕产期卫生服务利用情况有所改善,但与本市产妇比较仍有明显差距。3、外来、本市产妇在产时卫生服务利用方面存在差异。4、调整卫生服务策略,提高孕产期卫生服务利用。

Objective To investigate the utilization of maternal health care services among local and migrant pregnant women in Putuo District, and to analyze the factors associated with the use of maternal health care services. Methods Ques- tionnaire survey was conducted among lying-in women to obtain the general information about puerperae and their families and the utilization of maternal health care services. The database was established by Epidata 2.1 and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS11.0 software. Results There were statistically significant differences in the utilization of maternal health care services between local and migrant pregnant women. A statistically significant difference was found in the utilization of intraparturn and postpartum services between local and migrant lying-in women. The factors associated with the utilization of maternal health care services were the age of lying - in woman, household registration and educational level of lying - in woman＇ s husband, and family income. Conclusions The utilization of maternal health care services of local lying - in women is better than other regions of the country, and moreover, it has improved in recent years. The utilization of maternal health care services of migrant lying- in women has improved in recent years, but it still has significant differences compared with local lying- in women. There are statistically significant differences in the utilization of intrapartum and postpartum care services between local and migrant tying- in women. Adjusting the strategies of health services can improve the utilization of maternal health care services.
