摘要
目的 探讨正眩胶囊治疗气虚血瘀、肝肾不足型眩晕病的临床疗效。方法 正眩胶囊治疗 85例 ;二至丸治疗 85例 ,疗程均为 30d ,观察其眩晕症状及实验室检查结果。结果 正眩胶囊组的总有效率为 90 .5 % ,二至丸组总有效率为 78.8% ,(P <0 .0 5 )。血液流变学及血脂检查 ,治疗前后及与二至丸组相比差异显著。结论 正眩胶囊是治疗眩晕的临床有效方剂。
OBJECTIVE:To assess the clinical effects of Zhengxuan capsule in treating vertigo due to qi insufficiency, blood stasis, and deficiency of the liver and kidney. METHOD:85 cases were given Zhengxuan capsules and another 85 Erzhi pills. The courses for both groups lasted 30 days. Symptoms and laboratory test results were observed.RESULTS:The total effective rates for the treatment group and the control were 90.5% and 30.6% respectively ( P <0.05). Measurements were both within and between the two groups indicating that hemorheological and blood-lipid values were significantly different. CONCLUSION:Zhengxuan capsule is an effective prescription in treating vertigo.
