摘要 选用自制抗菌防螨、防紫外整理剂,采用"两浴法"对针织面料进行抗菌防螨/防紫外复合功能整理,通过改变烘焙时间、整理剂浓度、烘焙温度等整理工艺参数,探讨功能整理对针织物防紫外性能的影响。根据正交试验,确定防紫外整理优选工艺为:防紫外整理剂CZS/黏合剂CZS-1浓度40g/L,整理温度室温,整理时间25min。经该工艺整理后的针织物具有抗菌防螨/防紫外复合功能,且经30次水洗后仍具有较好的防紫外功能。 The special compound finishing agent of anti-bacterial,anti-mites and UV resistance were used to treat the knitted fabric by means of 'two-base' method.In order to understand the relationship between compound finishing treatment technological parameters and performance of the knitted fabric,different parameters such as treatment time,concentration of agent and treatment temperature were changed and their UV resistance ability were tested.The orthogonal experimental results showed that,the concentration of finishing agent was 40 g/L,the treatment temperature and time were room temperature and 25min respectively.The finished knitted fabric had good composite function,and the UV resistance function kept good after 30 times washing.
