摘要
目的 建立缓发型肘内翻畸形动物模型。方法 5 3只未发育成熟兔左肱骨下端内侧骨骺部形成不完全骨折。结果造模后内翻程度平均达 6 .75 9°;且经 7批次造模 ,每批次内翻程度间未发现有显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 该造模方法具有可行性与可重复性。由于其内翻畸形是在 40d内逐渐完成 ,故相当于儿童肘部骨折后出现的继发性内翻畸形。
S OBJECTIVE:To construct an animal model of delayed cubitus varus.METHOD:The osteoepiphyses in the lower and inner side of the left humerus of 53 immature rabbits were incompletely fractured.RESULTS:On average, the bones turned inward at 6.7590°. The model was replicated 6 times and the result verified the first finding ( P <0.05).CONCLUSION:It is possible to construct a model is practicable and replicate it. Because the varus deformity developed gradually within 40 days, it is similar to that appearing after the fracture in children.
