摘要
聚吡咯导电织物是具有发展前景的新型智能纺织品,利用正交试验和可拓学与灰度分析相合的可拓灰局势决策方法,分析导电聚吡咯织物服用性能的最佳制备参数组合,得出导电聚吡咯织物服用性能的最佳参数组合是:掺杂剂浓度为0.02 mol/L、氧化剂浓度为0.3 mol/L、基布为纯棉罗纹组织。
Polymer polypyrrole coated conductive fabric has a broad prospect as an intelligent textiles, and in the article orthogonal test as well as the combination of extension theory and gray system theory are used to analyze the combination of the best performance process parameters of the fabric. The optimal combination of the process parameters is that the doping and oxidant concentrations are 0.02mol/L and 0.3mol/L respectively with pure cotton rib fabric used as the base fabric of the polymer polypyrrole conductive fabric.
