探讨了CD-DF525C浆料在纯棉细特高密品种浆纱生产中的技术要点。通过控制原纱质量、经轴质量,采用"两高一低"上浆工艺,优化浆料配方和浆纱工艺参数。上浆后纱线浆液浸透与被覆均匀,强力提高,脆断头减少,满足了防羽布的织造要求;在织造工序合理确定上机张力和开口时间等参数,使喷气织机的效率达到90.5%,且下机一等品率达到92%,保证了产品质量和企业生产效率。

Key technology points in sizing fine rex high density pure cotton fabric by use of CD - DF525C size mixture is discussed. Through the control of the original yarn quality and beam quality, and adopted the sizing technology of ＂high pressure, high concentration but low viscosity＂, the size formula and sizing process parameters are optimized to have the yarn well imbued and evenly eoveraged and sizing strength improved and broken ends reduced so as to meet the weaving demands of down-proof fabric. And loom warp tension and shedding time should be set reasonably in weaving process to make air jet loom efficiency reach to 90.5% with first Fade product reaching to 92%. The quality of products and production efficiency are thus ensured.
