清肺口服液在小鼠体内诱生干扰素的实验研究

Qingfei Liquid in Inducing the Production of Interferon in Mice

目的 观察清肺口服液在小鼠体内诱生干扰素的作用。方法 以VSV -L92 9细胞为检测系统 ,采用CPE法。结果 观察到清肺口服液在小鼠体内具有诱生干扰素的作用。诱生时间在 2 4h达到高峰 ,效价最高为 12 8.0U/mL ,并证明其符合γ -干扰素 (INF -γ)的性质。结论 清肺口服液的抗病毒作用与其能诱生干扰素有关。

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Qingfei Liquid (QI) in inducing the production of interferon (IFN) in mice.METHOD:CPE was applied with VSV-L 929 as the test system.RESULTS:QL could induce the production of IFN, which reached the highest titer (128.0U/mL) 24 hours later. The induced IFN was proved to have the features of INF-γ.CONCLUSION:The anti-virus action of QL is due to its ability to induce the production of IFN.
